Where is Studio Sienna based?
Studio Sienna is proudly based in Sydney, Australia. All orders are designed, packed, and shipped from our Sydney studio.
How long will my order take to arrive?
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Australia (Standard): 3–7 business days
- Australia (Express): 1–3 business days
- International: 7–14 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and any postal delays.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide using trusted courier partners. International delivery fees and times are calculated at checkout. Please note that customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I return or exchange my order?
We offer exchanges only within 14 days of receiving your item, provided it is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Refunds are only issued for faulty items once approved by our team.
How do I start an exchange or faulty claim?
Please visit our contact page or email us at info@stusiosienna.com.au with your order number, reason for exchange, and photos (if applicable). Our team will reply within 1–2 business days with next steps.
What if my order arrives damaged or faulty?
We’re so sorry if this happens. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel with images of the fault and your order details. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
Unfortunately, once an order has been processed, we cannot make changes or cancel it. Please double-check your size, address, and payment details before confirming your order.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Some styles are limited edition and may not be restocked. However, popular silhouettes and core pieces often return. You can join our mailing list or follow us on Instagram to be notified when restocks drop.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, PayPal, and Afterpay. All transactions are processed securely.
