Exchanges

We want you to love your Studio Sienna piece. If your item isn’t quite right, we offer exchanges for alternate sizes or styles within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  

• With all tags and packaging intact
  

• Free from makeup, perfume, or deodorant marks
  

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is deemed faulty.
To initiate an exchange, contact us at info@studiosienna.com.au with your order number and preferred size or style.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Refunds are only issued in the rare instance that a product is deemed faulty after inspection.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order, including your order number and clear photos of the fault.

Sale & Final Items

All sale, promotional, or discounted items are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded unless faulty.

Processing Time

Once your return is received and approved for exchange or refund (where applicable), please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
